It should. Football is the most profitable college sport.
We've seen at least 12 schools make the jump in the last 10 years, and we have 3 more doing the same soon. Tarleton and Sac St are trying to jump up, too.

Spokane has a 5,000 seat stadium downtown, and not only is Joe Albi limited to 28K seats, but it's scheduled to be torn down and replaced with a middle school. Where is this hypothetical Gonzaga Division 1 football team supposed to play?

Albi was razed a few years back. The new Flett Middle School is already in session

Gonzaga will play virtually in Dynasty Mode based on the 1941 team
