Just read The White Sniper. It's about Simo Haya Finn sniper in the winter war with Russia 1939-1940. Dude killed over 500 Russians. That's confirmed count, It's estimated he killed 3 times that many. He sniped and also ambushed small squads of Russians with his submachinegun. Bad ass MOFO. Enemy at the Gates is an awesome movie. Different sniper but still.
