OK, before the obligatory parking lot jokes begin (help me out here, I have writer's block after a long day) I want to say in all seriousness - Holy shit! Assuming those stats are true that's fucking awful.
Why the hell do some states not have any data?
Edit: Some of the comments in the article make good points about how this map can be misleading. Anyway, I'll need to read more later. Thanks for posting the link.
