🌎 LIVE: Lead up to the Total Solar Eclipse 2024

I told my kids if they go blind from being dumshits I’m going to beat the shit out of them and I quote.

totality in centerville, oh

Supposedly we got 65% in Tampa, but I didn't see shit. In fact I still can't see shit. Somebody help! Fake ass poser eclipse and not TUFF like the one in Tac Town in 2017.

Eclipse fan here. Where are the best places to see the eclipse? At these places, can I watch it while drinking a “soda” (LOL!!) in a plastic red cup? I hear the Ram is offering a “Ribs n Rocket” special where, for the cost of $34,170, you get 20 hogs worth of ribs and a ticket on to the rocket that flies you straight into the sun after the eclipse is over. My friend, Lord Xenu, along with myself, would love to meet up with fellow Astro enthusiasts and have this experience with them.

TIA!

I used my 2017 Great American Total Solar Eclipse glasses to look at 33% coverage today and went "Eh, I've had better." Once you experience totality you can be a snob about child's play partials, you see. Don't forget your Legos when you're done with your amazing viewing experience.

You're on the wrong site. None of us left the basement today.

A guy at work had some glasses today and I took a look. I don't know what the % was supposed to be from the PNW today, but that weren't no 33%. Half of that, maybe. I was just looking at the sun with a dark sliver over one edge.
Fucking ripoff.

Austin was in the direct path but it rained all day. The sky was light grey and then it was dark grey and then it was light grey again.
