topdawgnc New Fish Oct 4, 2014 #3 I had to google who the fuck Glen Mason was. He sucks. Click to expand... Doogs actually brought his name up as a legit candidate. I had forgotten about him until I saw he was calling the Meeechigan game.

Fire_Marshall_Bill Well-known poster Standard Supporter Oct 4, 2014 #6 Was he Minnesotas coach during the Marion Barber days? Click to expand... Si, he was w/ Kanass in the 90s IIRC. He did a good job getting them to a decent level but he never stood out as a coaching must get.

FremontTroll New Fish Oct 4, 2014 #8 Was he Minnesotas coach during the Marion Barber days? Click to expand... Yep. I will forever remember him for managing to give up 31 points to John Navarre and Michigan in the 4th quarter to lose 35-38 while rushing for 454 yards at 8.0 ypc with Barber, Maroney and Abdul-Khaliq http://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/boxscores/2003-10-10-minnesota.html I am pretty surprised he never got another job after Minnesota though. For a couple years there in the early 2000s he was in the discussion for big time jobs. Last edited: Oct 4, 2014
