Not really. There are 4 months left in the year. Trump’s term doesn’t stop on election night, neither does the Senate majority.
 
The Supreme Court is clearly a vestige of white supremacy, like the electoral college. Now’s the perfect time to just get rid of them.

Huh? This is the same GOP that finessed a nine-month stonewall of Garland. They have more than enough senators to get someone in by 2021. Only David Shaw could fuck up this lead.

Trump needs to appoint tomorrow. They've propped her up for years to prevent him getting to appoint.
 
Really doesn't matter. If Slo Joe wins and the dems take the Senate then the Court goes to 12 Justices and three commies get nominated and bye bye free speech and gun rights.
