Giles Jackson Factor

RTD

New Fish
How much of a factor will Giles Jackson be? Gotta think he wants to plunger the shit outta Harbaugh.

They’ll throw him a bone at some point I would think

Let’s hope he doesn’t press and do something stupid

Need stone faced killers Monday

Did anyone else notice Bernard get hurt in the game? I don't think I saw him after he limped off. Wouldn't be surprised to see Jackson return punts.

Fucking this. We don’t need a punt return for a touchdown to win the game. We just need to not muff punts and give Michigan a short field. I was surprised we didn’t see Rome back there after the GermBern muff

Old Greg Mind Games, send Giles on the fake fly sweep, into the back shoulder fade to Rome to get things going?

Giles has proven he can get some looks. Clearly improved his pass catching ability and has game breaking speed. I’m fine with some Jackson designed plays.

Didn't Odunze fair catch the next punt after that? Bernard was back for one more after that.

I don’t think so. I want to say it was Boston, which surprised the fuck out of me. I could be wrong tho. That night was a blur of stress and my kids being shitheads and refusing to go to sleep

Rewatching Rose Bowl highlights the first Michigan punt return muff was so similar. Both cases I'm sure it's a guy pushing himself too hard to try and make a play one the biggest stage when they should have just caught the ball.

Bernard fielded the next punt. I trust him back there. He just got greedy.

If you rush 11 you’ll never muff a punt and always gain possession

Don't rush. Block. Rushing 11 does open up possibilities of NOT getting the ball. UW has shown the ability to make retarded hits or uncalled for close calls on the punter.
