"The Seattle trip was great," Bernard told 247Sports. "We couldn’t do everything we wanted because of COVID but, other than that, it was good. What stood out to me on my last visit was how everyone treated each other as family, even if people didn’t know you they still treat you like family and with respect and that’s what I like to be around.
"Catching up with Sam is always great. The part that excites me most about him is knowing he’s going to be my future quarterback. I did get a chance to walk the campus a bit. I showed Anthony and Sir the campus and the loved it. My relationship with coach Junior Adams has gotten much stronger since I committed and we talk weekly. Their offense was great Saturday night -- I love how they spread the ball around and how they set plays up."
