"I’d like to have a decision before next season, so I can just focus on school and ball," said Hatchett. "Ideally, I'd like to commit by summer or the end of summer time."
That means Hatchett could take official visits in the spring. "I would like to take my officials in the spring, but I'm not completely sure when I’ll do those," said Hatchett.
Hatchett said he has a good idea of a few schools he's going to consider throughout the recruiting process. "I'm pretty sure Washington will be on there, being the home school, Oklahoma too, I've been out there quite a few times, and Ohio State too," said Hatchett.
Hatchett has taken an unofficial to nearly every school he's been offered by and doesn't have any plans for unofficials anytime soon. "I don't think I'll be taking any more unofficial visits," said Hatchett. "I've seen everything so I know what I want to see. If I do any more visits, they’ll be officials."
