I'm 10 minutes walk from Stanford...pouring fucking rain...been pouring rain for days. Wet, cold, windy and shitty here. The stadium is cute but tiny. Their last recruiting class was the canary in the coal mine...a walk on QB for spring practice is all they have to work with - shit is going downhill fast. Shaw will start entertaining NFL offers by end of this coming season...I'm not too worried about them any longer especially because Pete has things trending way up.

The Stanford demise will never happen under Shaw. They are tough and disciplined every year. They’ve won 9 and 10 games the past two years with no QB.

I think it’s likely he goes to the NFL at some point, but who knows when.

That's the truth. People wish Ill will against Shaw and Stanford but the reality is that he runs a great program at a university that kids want to go to.

Obviously it's early but Mauro told Bighins that UW is his #1 and his dream school and that UCLA and USC have dropped the ball on recruiting him.
