Radio in general sucks. At least I can yell “you are a fucking idiot” at my radio when listening to 710 and Salk speak about almost anything. Brock is good, Salk can have some ok takes but most of the time he is cringe worthy. I didn’t think anything would rivals Jerry and Elise on 950 when it comes to ear bleeding but whenever Salk and Gee interact it is pretty close.

How Gee has a job in radio is baffling. The guy offers no insight into anything, and it's pretty clear that he has very little depth, even when it comes to sports, which should be his wheelhouse. What a dud you are, Gee.

Salk can at least be entertaining and he generally knows his shit about pro sports, but he has some scorchingly shitty takes. And the fact that their show is 95% minutiae about every insignificant aspect of the Seahawks makes it a hard listen.

He “knows” a bunch of the Seahawks so you get sweet detailed inside analysis you couldn’t get anywhere else like Jacob Martins favorite soda is Diet Squirr. Miss Lippys car is GREEN.

One of their first hosts was Keith Shipman who worked at channel 13. He was soft spoken and Seattle nice which is exactly what you don't want. I forget the lead guy but Jeff the Fisherman was his sidekick and he lasted through early Mitch in the Morning.

Early Gas had a sidekick nba writer that was v good. A brutha. He also had an Athlons or news tribune cfb writer knew his shit.

Sandmeier was Mitch’s producer and actually evolved into a good host.

Elise Niemela Woodward (Go Highlanders!) is the absolute worst. Grating voice and bad takes.

Ian Furness the Cuog. Meh.

I'm going to come out of the closet here and admit that I enjoy Softy. He's the only radio host who talks Dawgs more than hawks, and he's legitimately funny. His running gag of making fun of everything Beth Mowins is very cathartic. Yes he's a major doog, and his love for Browning is reprehensible, but all in all, I like him.

Jim Moore is an idiot and drags down the whole show, but Danny O'Neil doesn't give a shit and it's fun to listen to him take Jim Moore's lunch money every now and then. That’s the best way to do it. When Softy lets Petros talk about football it’s a really good segment. Petros really does know his shit about every team in the conference (unlike most talking heads, even on the conference’s own network). His rants on USC and Pete Carroll have been pretty epic.

He had a great perspective on the Yankoff situation last week due to his own inter-conference transfer experience. Seemed to think Yankoff was a graduate transfer but Softy didn’t correct him on it.
