What I think will happen:

Sr is going to keep telling Jr UW isn’t the right place for him

Jr is going to continue pursuing getting an offer from UW

UW is going to have a huge year this year further driving Jr’s view that UW is the right place for him

Sr is going to continue to be salty

Intermediaries that Sr trusts will come to Sr and tell him to cool it or he runs the risk of really fucking up

If Sr cools it just a tad Jr ends up at UW

If Sr keeps it up and keeps Jr away from UW because nobody wants to deal with his shit Jr winds up at UCLA because he won’t end up at SC or ND to spite his Dad but ultimately leaves the area to be able to grow in college without his direct influence

He represents an attitude that people here (and on dawgman, which is telling) dismiss because they think it's stupid. Well, a lot of it is stupid, yes. But - that arrogance of 'it doesn't matter' fuels this shit. And it's going to get worse and worse until we do something about it.
