I wonder if Gaard can start a white player recruiting movement! Basically he just needs to help in landing Redman, another mountain of a lineman, and I guess Raconelli once he gets an offer.

Take this with a grain of salt but Eklud said on the post game podcast that the Viking is 6'6 and bigger than Geirean. His profile says 6'4 which usually always means 6'3. For him to be that big may mean tackle. I think Gaard ends up being the steal of the class.

If Gaard has gotten that tall I think theres no doubt he gets a look first at tackle. Hes athletic as fuck. Not quite Fautanu athletic, but close.

So this OL class features amazing bookend tackle prospects, a center so good that hes a borderline 5* despite being rated at a position that doesn't usually get high ratings, and a solid 4* guard. Jesus.

I’ve been saying it for awhile. Hatchet is the worst rather easily and he still had big schools after him. Monster OL class.
 
Always had a feeling he was good because he got such an early offer and committed. Pete and the coaches don’t do that if players aren’t practically sure things. He will be good.
