When did the Big-10 start using Pac-12 officials?
B1G officials are every bit as competent as Pac-12 officials. We just don't know about it because of West Coast Bias.

Never mind. I don't think even a B1G line judge would throw a flag for ineligible receiver downfield on a guy who was four yards behind the line of scrimmage like the guy in the USC game just did.
