There's no one genesis of the hate. I'd also characterize it not so much as hate, but rather good band with some good songs, but not in the same league as the all time greats.
 
Good band. I don’t hate them. Just not nearly as memorable for me as the other three on grunge Rushmore.

Don't know about Rickshaw, but the Iron Horse Bar and Grill has some of the coldest beer in town.
