I haven't really watched enough (outside of maybe 250 Sonic games) in the past 15 years to know, but Stern seems capable of it. I'll never forgive or forget what they did to the Sonics in game seven of the '93 Western Finals. They clearly wanted Barkley and child molestor KJ vs. Jordan and Pippen.
