Eh, the "he played there" shit only goes so far. If they don't win, eventually he'll do all kinds of wrong just being there and breathing.

I think Nebraska is a tuff gig myself. And as much shit as people here give Yujean, Lincoln is worse. The weather is absolute shit, there's nothing to do, all the women are fat and pasty, and nobody cares about anything except Jesus and Corhusker football.
 
From the outside looking in, Nebraska is actually a shit job. It's like one of those towns out in the old West that has gone to ruin and you say, "Wait, why the fuck is there even a town here? No water, no coast, no views, no jobs that couldn't be done better and cheaper somewhere else." It's like a place where they just happened to lay down rail lines 100 years ago when that shit mattered.

If recruiting is the lifeblood of college football, Nebraska is a place where there is an arterial blockage. "We used to be good 'n stuff" only goes so far as a recruiting pitch.

Exactly. You need the LA and Texas pipelines to even be competitive, and with sooo many other options I don't know why a kid would go there. But then again, have you ever been to Norman? Holy fuck.

The choo choos actually still matter. But still, Lincoln sucks. Omaha is a decent town though.
 
I have no idea why kids would want to go to Iowa, Oklahoma, Okie Lite, Nebraska, and Pedo State.

College towns are way more fun than a commuter school imo. Difference is in the professional network. Nebraska is a tough sell. Oklahoma isn’t that far from Dallas.
