I’m back east and was listening to WFAN this morning. Rutgers basketball announcer Jerry Recco was filling in for Gregg Giannotti this morning and was asked by Boomer Esiason about crazy atmospheres at basketball games, and Washington was mentioned second behind Illinois.

To be fair, Jerry has only been to Seattle once, and it was an overtime game with two future NBA lottery picks.
