I you have the choice between a great teacher as an OL coach and a great recruiter, you take the teacher every time. There probably aren't too many other position coaching jobs where you would make that choice, but for OL coach, it is mandatory.

Of course, having a great teacher who is also a great recruiter is preferable. How many OL coaches fit that description?
