Former UW target in the portal

There’s still talent at Florida St ... doesn’t mean that being stuck in a dumpster fire means that they are forever damaged
 
Did a little research - saw a 5th round grade on him from 2019. No interceptions and only like 9 pass breakups in 3 years of being a starter isn’t great though.

Never watched him so no idea if he could contribute or not.

You have to be really good and wanted in order to slide into UW death row after 2 years of skill and development mismanagement at FSU.

I think he goes to Oregon State and does a decent job eventually.

Did a little more research. I’d say kick the tires, he was a Freshman All American as a Safety, had a pretty bad injury which wasted a season, and the new staff has kind of moved him around a bit position wise since then.

He’d be better than Cook imo. Plus it gives Cam Will/Esteen/Covington etc. an extra year to get ready.

Eh. He said that UW would be a school he would have high interest in.

I'd definitely go after him. He was nearly a 5* out of the 2018 class. If nothing else, him being here could light a fire under the ass of Turner and Cook

HS teammates with McDuffie and graduated a year prior. Couldn’t hurt to see his former teammate becoming a premier CB in college football at UW. Or all the DBs who have been drafted the last 4 years.

UW is definitely a place to be if you want to change your trajectory towards the NFL as a DB.

If he actually is a pussy though, no thanks, we already have a guy that plays like he is playing sweeper for @PurpleJ’s intramural soccer team.
