For those who feel the need to jack off yet again ...

... and its not against your religious beliefs to do so on a Sunday, just take another glorious look at Master P's two long touchdown passes:

(1:53) 2nd-and-11 from UW 24: Penix takes a three-step drop, sets and effortlessly flicks a 55-yard bomb that settles in Jalynn Polk's hands like a remote-controlled feather. Pretty sure a 90-year-old Race Bannon in his mobility scooter could've made that catch.

(2:50) 3rd-and-7 from UW 28 and the Autism crowd is going apeshit: A five step drop from the right hash, Penix turns to the wide side of the field and uncorks a 50-yard FUCKING LASER that — to the everlasting shock of the beaten Duck DB — is a direct hit on Taj Davis tip-toeing the sideline on out-an-up route. Here's Brock, somehow gathering himself after ejaculating: "One hash. All the way across the field (pause). With a safety in half coverage (pause). There is NO WAY you would have quarterbacks make that throw. Bennett Williams, No. 4, has played for 6 years. He can't believe it. He couldn't get to that ball."

Now excuse me while I go look for another bottle of lotion and one of my wife's softest hand towels.

The ball to Polk broke the law of gravity. A remote-controlled feather is a perfect way to describe it. Unbelievable throw and catch.

I saw them so many times last night I'm hungover from it.

The one to Polk was my favorite. It's not possible to place a long ball better than that. I'm pretty sure Penix got drilled or at least contact on that one too. He had a guy bearing down on him.

Best player i've ever seen at UW in my miserable existence.

You're young. And stupid

Who would you rate higher in Btp's short ass lifetime?

Best players I can think of offhand over the past 10 years:

Penix
Vea
Gordon
McDuffie
Gaines?
Ross
Gaskin
Jones
Baker
McGary?
BBK
Kearse??? He made it to 2012, right?
ASJ
Sankey
Kikaha...edited as I forgot him somehow.
Who am I forgetting?

Only player I'd put even with Penix, in terms of quality not quantity of play, would be Vea.
Maybe Kikaha too. .

I dont have an opinion but im curious. I usually don't rate guys against each other because you can always make endless arguments when they play different positions or play in different eras.

You forgot Shaq Thompson. But, your point stands in the era being referenced, wouldn’t trade any of those guys for Penix on this years team at least.

Oh shit. Yep. Knew I'd leave off someone.

Penix in 2016 is scary. Imagine Ross not having to slow down for Browning's ducks

And no retarded giraffe scrambling to take a 20-yard loss against USC...

Watching the TV replay, Brock being on the call helps make it such a great moment for the program. He's trying to be professional and compliment Oregon but he's clearly struggling to process husky lore happening in real time.

penix's 1st and goal from the 1 int was just maddening.

throw the fuckin ball away, the defense is shit, you would have scored the next play.

I think the way he marched them down on that drive temporarily went to his head there. Thought he could pull off the impossible. He's a little prone to those moments.

It was somewhat Tui-like imo...like trying an option pitch when surrounded by the defense 15 yards down the field.

I said this when everyone panicked over ucla picks.

The good ones have games where they throw some picks because they trust that they can force it.

Bret Favre is the extreme example of this.
