For Those Who Actually Watch Film

After watching Stanley a bit more, one thing I like about him is that they have him punt and throw trick-play passes.

At first that might seem like nothing, but it speaks to how much they trust him. A lot of athletic kids who can't play football don't get trusted with that sort of thing.

The fact they let him punt tells you they think he is a smart player.

That's something I like about him.

With all due respect, this is the dumest thing you've ever said. You're reading too much into it. I don't GAF is he can punt and run trick plays. If Teq had said this it would get a million WTF's.

Stanley has pretty unreal acceleration. Strikes me as guy who should be good breaking on the ball from zone coverage. More of a Sidney Jones type in that regard. Hampton is a big guy who has enough long speed to stick with X recievers in man coverage. I actually think Stanley is more athletic than Sidney, but what makes Sidney great is his instincts.

One thing I really like about Stanley is that he seems to be a decent route-runner for a high school kid, and has some feel for beating zone coverage as a WR. That shit translates to the defensive side. If you know how to beat zone as a WR, you know how to bait QBs as a DB. He hardly has any defensive highlights, though. He's not coming here if he wants to play offense.
