Actually NYC was our nation's 1st capital. Then Philly, home of the the Eagles.

Making the Capital permanent and having it named for you > being the temporary "first"
Ironically, that place was home of GW Colonials hoops for 20 years, which just led me to remember they also changed their name. Of teams I support, the only ones which have not changed their name in some way during my life are the Huskies and Washington Capitals. Redskins, Bullets, GW Colonials, even my fucking high school, all names changed. CHRIST
Anyway that area of town is interesting since it is close to Union Station, which sucks now, but there is some revitalization in parts, including that building.

I like how they came out and did the tuning and dial turning to get ready just like a garage band at Skateland
