America is a bunch of idiots. You can blame Trump for picking judges that did the right thing by not inventing a right and making the decision up to the states or the Congress. I suppose you could vote for a democrat for president to reverse that.
But the states are the battleground. Newsom will kill DeSantis on this. Noem is also "extreme" on abortion. You are only extreme if you limit it not if you go up to birth with it
Point is the next president won't have shit to do with it but the democrats can't run on the economy or the border or foreign policy. This is all they have and the familiar cry of RACIST

Marc Thiessen had an excellent take on abortion. It’s an issue that the GOP does a terrible job of articulating their position. A position that is in the majority across the country. even with DIMS.
DIMS are outside the norm, even further out than Europeans. That’s where the GOP needs to paint them and pound home the fact that they are the moderates along with the majority of Americans.

Agreed. Make it 14 weeks like France or add a week or two longer and say this is a common sense compromise and then say unlimited abortion including born alive abortions isn't a common sense compromise and make the dem support unlimited abortion.
