While Tua hasn't been trash, not comparing this pick to the Blazers pick of Sam Bowie sandwiched between Olajuwon and Jordan is an injustice. Herbert is currently miles ahead of Tua's ceiling. Imagine keeping your job after drafting Tua between Burrow and Herbert. Taking that Miami team to 9-8 was close to the job of the year.
