My parents stayed with the job their entire lives and made very happy lives for themselves. They are from a different generation with a different workplace environment. I have always held admiration for their dedication and work ethic. I don’t begrudge them or Don or Saban or Farentz or any other person over 55 who spent their career in one secure place.
