Prior to Friday, I would have bet $500 that this would be the case. It seems awfully rare that a kid actually commits on a visit prior to December:
PSA: "Coach, I want to be a Dawg."
CCP: "No. Go home and think about it. We want you to be sure."
PSA: "But I'm sure."
CCP: "Nah, you need to sleep on it.
PSA: "Please?"
CCP: "It's really something you should discuss with your family first."
PSA's mom: "I'll suck your dick if you let my kid play football for you."
CCP: "I'm still worried you might take more visits."
PSA: "But I already got a 'Death Row Dawgs' tramp stamp last fucking night!"
CCP: "Look. This commitment goes both ways. We just want to make sure we can count on you to be there in December."
PSA: "I'm starting to lose 20 pounds, and I'm awfully homesick for Tuscaloosa."
CCP: "Okay! Fine! WOOF!"
Not criticizing the policy, but it does seem like the policy is to actively dissuade kids from committing on visits unless the PSA makes a pretty compelling case otherwise.
Give it a few days. My currently-drunk brain is telling me that it can remember far more instances where a kid goes home after a visit and then commits in the following days than instances of a commit during a visit.

I think UW is the leader for every single one of them right now. But things change quickly. Which ones do they actually want to sign? Which ones will they remain the leader for as some of them continue to take other visits and compare those visits to their UW visit? Those two things will decide which ones they get.

I may be the corniest, dorkiest fuck on this bored, but thinking today, if I had Murao up for a visit I would have made sure to spend an hour with him in the film room showing him play after play of Nick Harris getting his ass kicked all over the field by Alabama, then showing him 2018 Nick Harris tape.
The one thing I will say, even while he's dooging, is that at least StrongArm doesn't have the PTSD that millennials like @LaMichael_Corleone and I have. He's got the purple glasses of WORSHINGTON on Damn it!
