I’ve heard all Day that many of the recent super teams didn’t win their first year.

And then subsequently discarded that take into the round file. Kyrie is a mental case. Harden disappears in big playoff games. I do give him a hall pass for the last series though. At least He had the sack to suit up.

Durant is great. And back in the day when you’re guy averaged 40 ppg, that was enough. Now you need one of those games, every other game and 2 others to average close to 20 ppg.

It’s weird how you’re not allowed to hardly touch the guy with the ball. But the guys that have the ball in their hands are hurt at an alarming rate nowadays.

The unintended consequence of load management I suppose.

Can’t wait to see the ratings for the Phoenix Milwaukee series.
 
I think the Nets should have left Harden on the bench and let Kevin go for 60

Irving is a better wingman but not available

I thought the Net others were better than they ended up in the pressure games.
 
They needed Harden out there, even as just as the decoy that He ultimately was.

However they didn’t need him to be the volume shooter that He was. The Nets bench is absolute trash. They went all in with the big 3 and ended up with one and a half.

As it stands right now, either Phoenix is saying it to our fucking FACES this year or the Bucks are going to quietly end them and get the anonymous Toronto-like title.

edit: yes I really like the Hawks out of the teams left.

I say just get rid of replay all together in every sport. It doesn’t guarantee correct calls and without that it’s not worth the time.

KD couldn't win a title with him, Westbrick, and Harden in OKC (and blew a 3-1 series lead against the Warriors whom he then joined). MJ turns that team in to a dynasty and/or gets Westbrick shipped out for someone who fits.
 
The same folks who have said 6 rings and no losses for a decade of Lebron are now fine with elevating KD and his two rings that Steph got him as a GOAT candidate

Great win by my hawks. Trae Young with the TD pass to Pettis and never backed down after.

Great team. Great for the league. Hope they win this and play the suns. Nothing better for the NBA.
 
I did not think Atlanta was for real, I thought Bucks rather easily, say, 4 or 5?

We need a Hawks-Suns Finals. Booker and Trae are ready to be superstars. Ayton is fun, CP3 gets his shot, Huerter is fulla grit and the Bucks and Clippers just aren’t fun.
