If you can't curl the weight that's fine just pump your hips and really get some good momentum into it to swing the weight up. Nobody does that slow iso shit anymore anyways.

Those rocks could be a perfect set up for overhead presses BUT

his #45dayChallenge is all about curls. Not squats, not presses, not bench, curls...

It could literally be a 45 day challenge for body weight squats and be more relevant and effective for football.
