Fight on

Fuck.

Where’s the guy who told me hiring a P5 coach is “rare”?

This is good for the league. Fuck this shit we’ve been watching for the last 3-5 years. Turns the heat up on everyone.

I'm sure his offense will be dynamite, but curious to see if he can upgrade his defense because it's been the weak link on his teams.

Big Dick hire but Riley was handed a well oiled machine and now he is going into a train wreck. It will be interesting.

Trying to figure out what this means for UW. Is Campbell a more likely option for UW or is this bad since he could be a more likely option for Oklahoma.

Is SC really a better job than OU?

Or does he just really not want to compete in the SEC and figures he’ll coast at SC.

Seems like an interesting move for a winner.

I understand not taking LSU but why would you leave Oklahoma? He has won that conference EVERY year except this oneand it’s better than the Pac 12. Plus he’s been to the playoff 3 times? Which is more than the entire Pac 12 has been combined since it started.

Presently? Not a better job. After he gets his pick of the transfer portal and can coast through the PAC-12 South? Likely better. In the end, if he’s making more at SC, it’s better.

How much more does it cost to live in LA than Norman

It's hard to imagine a scenario where Lincoln doesn't absolutely crush it at USC and basically ride roughshod over the 11 dwarfs for the next decade.

Disagree. Oklahoma is moving to the SEC. It won’t be the same as the Big 12. The Pac 12 and especially the pac 12 south is a joke. SC will have zero competition every single year for the Pac 12 championship game. And Oregon will be in the title game every year unless UW does something about it. Easy slate to conference championship and playoff every single year. Prove me wrong.

Because he was about to be in the SEC West.

This brings instant legitimacy to West Coast football. This is second best to us hiring him.

Agree except the part where he is going in deep and dry on us with regularity.
