I want lower interest rates in the context of massively shrinking the deficit which would bring down interest that the government needs to pay. That would be deflationary. At that point the Fed can, should and will lower their rates to offset that.

I’m for eliminating government waste. I applaud the concept. I’m against having no oversight on someone who may have a conflict of interest pushing their own agendas and giving that much power to someone with no checks in place. I’m quite frankly surprised you guys aren’t on the same boat!

USAID was given general appropriations from Congress. They alone decided where it went apparently. That’s an internal controls issue on its face. You are saying that questioning and stopping the spending is an internal controls issue. That’s laughable.
