Manafort went to prison for not registering as a foreign agent while his boss. And huge Dem donor, Tony Podesta was allowed to backdate his registration.

The Obama regime decided not to charge Manafort because basically there was an entire army of dem attorneys lobbying for foreign entities without registering. Like Tony Podesta or the Biden family. But when the Russia Russia hoax needed some fake testimony to hang on Trump, the DOJ decided to bring the charge unless Manafort could provide false testimony that Trump was a Russian agent and was being blackmailed. Manafort refused to do so and was charged. When dems say no one is above the law that means that the law only applies to republican supporters.
