Western Europe Only. We'll cover Athens in another pole. I'm not counting Edenborough as a capital. Bern is nothing special and same with Brussels.

Edinburgh

...but since it's not an option, I'm going with London

Top one I haven't visited that I want to visit is Lisbon

I only had 10 spots, so in fairness to Cardiff, Edinburgh and Belfast, I left them all off.

I've only been to Paris and London

Easy win for my frogs

I've been to Germany and Italy, but never made it as far as Berlin or Rome.

Paris and London are basically a toss up for me. But because they speak Engrish and I'm an anglophile, I gotta go with the Mothership connection.

I've been to Rome. It seemed great, but I don't want to vote when I've never been anywhere else. I'm quite poor apparently.

I’m biased because I’ve only been to Rome from this list, but it’s Rome rather easily. Romans were up on the rest of world 34-17 and the Eternal City’s history reflects that.

Down and Out in Paris and London was a great book. Orwell pretended to be poor and went slumming

Man I thought I'd seen it all, whoa!

The judges will allow it. Most Americans haven't even traveled across the pond.

Vote.

Ranking:

1. Monaco
2. Paris
3. Amsterdam
4. Lisbon
5. Madrid
5. London

Of the ones I’ve been to.

Ok Monaco doesn’t really count cause it’s Monaco and I don’t have that kind of $, but if I did I can see how it would be the favorite.

This is an incredibly tough list to make. I like all of them honestly. Paris has too much history, food and things to do to not be 1.

Amsterdam is a gorgeous, clean city and I’ve loved it both times despite only going in Fall and Winter.

Lisbon was really interesting, loved the food and it’s pretty but it needed to be power washed everywhere.

Madrid I haven’t been to since I was 16 which is a long time ago but have good memories of the Prado and eating a suckling pig.

London I’ve only really had a half day to play tourist so it’s not a complete ranking. I don’t dislike it but between weather, cost and all of my work meetings being on the outskirts I haven’t spent much time in the good part.

From that map also been to Reykjavik which is a nice clean city but not above any of the others I’ve been to.

I've been to Monaco and it was an experience.
