Saw Snow mention getting crab the other day but he never said What kind of crab he was getting I like dungeonous Snow, or Blue....I like Blue the best, Dungeonous nex.
But like “Royal Red” shrimp best....they come from deep water of Florida and can only get them Florida to Alabama. Very rarely make it much further west. I cooked some tonight.

Fish in a tidal wave. Maybe if it was just one kind of fish, crab would have a chance. But ALL/ANY fish? EZ PZ.
Also, I’ve developed a quasi-moral aversion to eating octopus. They’re one of the most intelligent creatures on the planet.

Tough one - it's almost a dead heat between crab and shrimp.
I went with shrimp just because it's easier to peel and eat. But I love me some crab.
Fish are not seafood. Fish are found in lakes and streams (inland). Seafood is found in, you know, the sea.

Lived for a summer on it when I was working at a herring bait fishery. We kept accidentally catching salmon in the nets

Blue are pretty solid but the Dungie and King are better.
Still doesn't change my answer. Unless you're going full on picnic table/newspaper crab boil, shrimp are just easier to consume. See also: scampi.

King Crab is the ultimate, but PNW salmon, dungeness, and clams are all worthy.
Skrong disagree. Dungies beat the shit out of King crab although they are still damn tasty.
Because of this I am a massive pain in the ass when going out to eat. I love salmon. But *only* wild PNW salmon.

Salmon, Halibut and crab (dungeness, King, snow and blue all have their place) are my favorites.
