It was a low-quality still-frame photo. These can be incredibly misleading and difficult to decipher. Have you ever noticed how people look different in every photo?
As such, the judge should have instructed the jury to disregardTrump's comments on this. In no way was this damning against him.
Not only that, but even if Trump thought she looked similar to his wife, that does not contradict Trump's statement that Carol was "not her type", at all.

I tend to be more likely to believe those who haven't previously praised the men they are now accusing or who haven't previously sworn under penalty of perjury that no rape occurred.
