Probably Brazil but that looks like proper correction of criminal behavior! We should do a study on the recidivism rate and see if it's better than jail. I think the results will probably favor shooting them but we should find out!

And the black guy who was fighting with the police, trying to take the car of his baby momma, with the kids he didn't have legal custody of, all with a knife in his hand should have never been shot.
