Take it up with someone who ever claimed Biden was "sharp as a tack", Phyllis. He is as sharp as you are, though.
If what's been shown so far is your evidence, this thing heads to a quick acquittal, gets dismissed by the judge, or the charges get dropped (on a weekend). My money would be on the last of these.
