I would absolutely agree if this were true. Funny how these things never turn out to be true though.
And her one-time, unpaid, part-time position with a charity which never got off the ground, never raised more than the low six figures in even its best years and apparently was shutting down by 2022, isn't much of a conflict. The form 990s are public record, girls. And that's assuming USAID actually ever made any grant at all, which I can't verify.
She's really "dependent" on that $10,000 raised in 2023, which may turn out to be the last year it ever collected anything.

Technically she is getting funded by the courts since they overruled ending funding.
