So the guy wasn't dead enough that he had to slit his throat and whack his skull with a hammer?
Making sure, I suppose.

I'm guessing Oregon DB had a knife strapped to his radiator and the hammer just happened to be there.

What the fuck? Did he run over a dead guy? Kind of changes things

Fun fact. If you damage your car hitting a living creature, the repairs would be under your comprehensive coverage and not a chargeable loss. But striking something/someone who is already dead would have to go under the collision coverage and thus would be a chargeable loss.
did you consult this guy?

'One account from law enforcement also said Austin told police he was “being menaced with a hammer” by Seaman, who he claimed jumped in front of his SUV.'

To be honest I'm shocked no one has made any jokes about the victim's name yet. This place must be dead.

The space between I hate crazy homeless people and them throwing shit at my car and maybe I throw something back or yell back at them and them ending up ran over + dead and me fleeing the scene is vast bro.
