ESPN: Could WASHINGTON be the No. 1️⃣ team in the country?

I'm guessing that Finebaum doesn't have UW as the #1 over Georgia.

Interesting to see how Georgia does the rest of the way w/out Bowers. Or maybe not, since they're loaded.

Amazing how Finebaum can go from years of shitting on the PAC to sucking Penix. You know it’s real when that happens.

Our D isn't good enough to be the #1 team in the country. But we are definitely that team that scares the shit out of the #1 because on any given day UW can beat ANYBODY

Does ANY team have a scary defense this year?

Maybe Michigan or Penn State? Who havent played anyone good (do not say Iowa)

With Petersen the team would be scared of this pressure.

With DeBoer the pressure is embraced

Built for it I'm hearing

With Petersen, I was hearing it's hard

It’s hard for Dabo as well.

Dabo popped off twice and can do whatever he wants

If KDB popped off twice and then did what Dabo has lately I don’t think you’d truly be ok with him doing “whatever he wants” but who am I to speak for you.

I'll not be a ridiculous greedy fuck and will be fine with 2 fucking natties and regular top 25 appearances since then HTH

Our? offense is #1 worthy, but the defense is mediocre.

The defense is opportunistic and good enough. It's a Madden defense. All it has to do is get a critical stop or turnover and let the offense get up by an extra score.

Multiple fourth down stops against a GOOD Oregon offense I'm hearing.

Special teams also overlooked. There's nothing like Kearse there but they play soundly as a unit and play overall at a high level. Imo it's one of the biggest improvements over last year.

Iowa’s offense makes John Donovan’s offense look innovative. Lol John is a fucking offensive analyst at Florida hahahaha. Jesus Christ, how badly did people hate jimmy lake not to want to work for him
