I would agree but going Bill Cosby and drugging them first isn't the type of partying that Swalwell is alleged to have done. When I voted for Trump I had no major concerns that he was a wife cheater and pulled lots of trim.

That's a criminal matter that should be investigated. But even a dickhead like Swalwell should have his day in court to prove if allegations were true.
Just like potentially treasonous activities banging Fang Fang should be investigated by an honest DOJ.
Again I would agree but I don't believe in asymmetrical warfare. The dems feel that unsubstantiated ridiculous rumors about rape are sufficient to unseat Republicans. Swalwell himself led that parade. The allegations against Swalwell are not mere rumors and but appear to be substantial. So fuck him. Look at JW and his unsubstantial ridiculous allegation that Trump was raping children. Everyone knew about Swalwell just like with Matt Lauer and Weinstein. So, he is gone and now prosecute him.

As has been said many many times, if a democrat is falsely blaming you for something, the odds are it is they who are doing it.
Pelosi and schumer were the originals during the first Trump term. Their jobs were to lie cheat and steal so that they could ruin his presidency by any means possible. Challenge every initiative, file lawsuit after lawsuit, spread lies about him personally and the fake Russian collusion and keep him wrapped up in court so that he couldn't expose all their corruption. Once out of office they designated the two lowest of the low human beings to be the antagonists:, schiff and swalwell. They repeatedly lied directly to the faces of the American people without batting an eye. Does that matter to democrats? Hell no it doesn't. Does it matter to democrats that swalwell was a rapist (they all knew what was going on), no it doesn't. If he was running for office again, he would be the favorite.
The swalwell case is exactly like the weinstein case. Everyone in hollywood knew about it and as soon as someone bold enough came out with it, they couldn't wait to get their publicists statements out condemning weinstein and claiming they knew nothing about it. Meryl Streep was the first to have her publicist write and distribute her fake shock and outrage. What a fucking pig she is.
