With Swalwell we are at the allegation phase and that will be enough to sink him with Dems.
Gaetz had much more serious allegations against him and even had an ethics investigation say there was substantial evidence he raped a 17 year old and the reaction by you and Reps was that it didn’t matter because there was no trial or conviction. You gave me this hand wave a week ago.

Swalwell should be more concerned about DOJ investigations into treason than whether he's going to be governor.
The party is more concerned on how to put their machine in play so mashed potato lady can beat the Republican candidate.
Substantial evidence to a dem is Blasey Ford alleging a rape at a time and place she can't remember or who was there and whose friend she said would corroborate it didn't. Or the made up sexual assault charge of E. Jean Carroll who also had no memory of supposed time and place and no corroboration.
