Eric Bieniemy set to be UCLA's offensive coordinator

Good luck UCLA. This dude has interviewed many, many times to be a HC in the NFL. Everyone has said thanks, but no thanks. He was the OC in KC in title only and everyone in the league knew it. He was OC on his own in Washington last year and they were awful. His best opportunity in the NFL after last years disaster was as a RB coach. The last time he was a college OC was under John Embree at Colorado. Yikes.
 
Kyle Shanahan, Mike McDaniel, Sean McVay, Bobby Slowik and Raheem Morris were also fired from Washington once upon a time.
 
The media is proclaiming this as proof of racism in coaching hires. Conveniently omitting that three other black coaches were recently hired for HC gigs in the NFL. Meanwhile, Bienemy has apparently interviewed for HC jobs with 14 different NFL teams and not been offered once. Hmm…
