EPL is back on after international break

New Fish
Sitting here watching Newcastle choke one away in the 93rd minute is always special. Even worse, it's against a team competing against them to avoid relegation. Liverpool-Spurs on next. Grab a cup of tea. Turn on the telly. Time for some REAL football.

Thing is that they can't just be a normal, bad team like Aston Villa, they have to lose in the stupidest and Coogliest ways possible.

Just embrace the relegation at this point. Newcastle is still a big club. I think it will do more good than harm in the long term.

They do need a reset, no question. What's fucked is I started caring about them in 2005 just when they started being shitty and we? had Ty at Washington. A whole decade of being kicked in the nuts repeatedly from both sides of the world.

But I actually expect Newcastle to give a shit and DO something. They'll be back up soon. UW would have stayed in lower leagues for a decade.

Problem is they have Geordie Larry Scott as an owner; only cares about his investment and tv money. Hired Rafa only when it became obvious they were going down.

We'll see, but I'm not that optimistic.
