Instead he threw all that extra money on assistant coaches instead of addressing the real problem which was the head coach.
It's like refusing to pay a little extra to fix up your house which is crumbling but use the money that it would take to fix the house on useless "upgrades" like furniture, etc.
Instead of overpaying for a Tosh why not use that money to get a real head coach?
As we are seeing Tosh isn't this "greatest recruiter to ever live" guy that he was billed up to be.
