I'm sitting in Steilacoom right now drinking a couple beers while my wife sells a house. This is a nice town. Great views of the Olympics. I just don't see a kid leaving here and going to fucking Oklahoma.

Colleges are in shitty towns all across America. Kids don’t care as long as there are females dtf and the football program wins and gets kids to the league.

Nobody cares about the scenic beauty and delicious fruits and public transit of Seattle vs Norman.

Jakes changed to the Topside a few years ago. The only other choices in Still-I-Cum are the Steilacoom Pub and the Steilacoom Taphouse. Gotta be one of those 3

Norman is cool on game day if you're not a player. That said it's Oklahoma and it sucks unless you're from the area or Texas. It doesn't have an SEC atmosphere. Sunday through Friday, Norman is an arid dump.

I get the appeal of you are a DFW area recruit ... but Oklahoma as a state on the whole is one of my least favorite places

I’ve driven through Oklahoma a half dozen times. It sucks. As an 18 year old, you might not appreciate the scenery of Washington but you get used to it. It’s a huge thing to go from seeing the mountains and water on a daily basis to being in the middle of nothing.

If EE and JTT make the trip, I hope the lack of mountains and water make them say, “this place kinda sucks.”

This is accurate and had to be said. They only care about the pockets around the schools which are 100% made just for college kids.
 
UT would be a good example. Norman’s a bad one, cause it sucks. It is however a blue blood program, that has a long history of winning. Winning is the point, everyone wants the W.
Few cruits are going in looking to play school or family. *hot chicks are the only plus factor. So why doesn’t everyone go to Tucson?
