this party dont stop, from a recent q&a, which he seemingly does every fucking day

How much will you lean on your assistants?

We got two coaches on offense (line coach Dave Christensen and receivers coach Charlie Fisher) that have been head coaches in college football. Does that help me? It sure does. In college the game is played a little different. In our staff meetings those are the questions I might ask. 'What about this? In pro football we did this.' 'Well coach, think about it this way now.'[/b] [/i]

How does your pro experience play into this?

Sunday we came in here as a staff and we put the calendar together for six months. Starting this month all the way to the first game. Not only did we put the calendar together, we put the practice schedules together. When we’re practicing. How we’re practicing. The times we’re practicing. The whole deal. We sat in there for five hours. We went day to day, month to month. I said, ‘Here’s my pro schedule, OTAs. [/b]That to me is your spring-ball schedule, correct? Now this is how we did it, how do you guys do it?' That’s the conversation. Everyone had input.[/i]

id copy and paste 4 or 5 more things, just go read the article, its incredible.

in closing though I listen to my eyes. You gain knowledge when you listen to your eyes.[/b][/i]

edit: sorry, actually not sorry, here's one more:

Have you had a chance to look at your roster?

I’ve watched a few (of last year’s) games. [/i]

he's been on the job almost 2 months and has only watched 'a few' of last years games. good lord.

Our games blew. Nothing to see.

The "best" game of the year we scored 13 points.

"Q: There's been a lot of talk about your role as a CEO-type coach. What does that mean?
[/b]
A: I’m everywhere. Like today, the players worked out. I’m watching them. They lift, the offense first. I’m watching. They go for an hour, I leave for about 30 minutes and come back. The defense is out there. I’m watching. Next thing you know, players say, ‘Coach, why are you in the locker room?’ I’m just in the locker room. That’s what I do. They were shocked. They said, ‘Coach, you’re everywhere.’ I told them that when I first took the job. I said, ‘Guys, I’m always going to be around.’ I listen to my eyes.[/b][/i] You gain knowledge when you listen to your eyes."

What's @SanduskyDidNoWrong's opinion on listening with your eyes?

Another gem "I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the players. I sat here for a month without touching."

Love the transmission lines and suburban towers in the background. Screams baller to me. It's a high rise trailer park. #'cruting.
