One of my teachers survived the fucking Bataan Death March. You do that, you are not a pussy scared of some snot nose 15 year old or their parents.

I had some cooler teachers when I was younger in the 2000ish era.

I’m old enough to remember when teachers got unemployment in the summer. Ones who weren’t worthless worked in the papal mill on the extra board.

I recall when house painting was a summer gig.

In MS I had a male teacher nearly kick my desk over because I was turned around goofing with the kid behind me.

Do you think I ever did that again? Do you think my parents marched down to the school when I told them? No and no.
