It is indeed accurate that this story is untrue. Josh Shaw actually saved 5 children from drowning, 3 of which were blind. Also, the stories of his sprained ankles are greatly exaggerated. Those molded into blocks of steel by Ivan are not able to be injured by merely jumping out of windows.

Too bad Gameday will be at Autzen on September 6th. If Oregon wasn't playing Michigan State, Gameday would be in Palo Alto for USC/Stanford. Those Stanford nerds are pretty creative. Could you imagine the signs that would have been on display? ROFL
