I don't edc but the two most useful knives I've ever carried are a Leatherman Surge (pliers are precise and robust) and a Fiddleback Bushcrafter.

I have a SOG Seal knife already. Great for going off into the woods or something. Not so great for carrying around everyday.

I forgot they were a local company. Going with them for sure.

I used SOGs for years. But Boker is the tits at the price point. I carry the Tanto (lulz) now. Great knife.

I ended up getting a pretty cheap SOG just to try it out. Unfortunately the blade length limit and the law against spring assisted opening narrowed my options quite a bit. Plus I didn’t want any weird colors.

Tanto...ROFL. I went with a “David” Bowie blade, because I’ll be “dancing” in the streets with it.
